About

This website gathers together work from graduates from the BSc(Hons)User Experience Design Programme (UXD), the BA (Hons) Creative Digital Design Degree Apprenticeship (CDD) and the Digital User Experience Degree Apprenticeship (DUX) at the School of Digital Art (SODA) in Manchester. It is a celebration of their work as individuals and as a collective of burgeoning creative professionals working at the cutting edge of digital industry.

BSc (Hons) Creative Digital Design

The SODA CDD course encourages work across platforms and media to generate user-centred design solutions for sectors including health, construction, retail, education and government. From data visualisation and branding through to 3D modelling and immersive environments, apprentices develop a range of skills that can be deployed flexibly to support employer innovation in the fast-changing digital world.

BSc (Hons) Digital User Experience Degree Apprenticeship

Blending higher education and work-based learning, SODA's DUX apprentices work at a range of companies in the UK: from large corporations through to SME's. Whether they’re in finance, telecommunications or software solutions (to name just three sectors), they support the development of successful digital products and platforms with a focus on design, research and testing.

BSc (Hons) User Experience Design

Previously known as Web and User Experience Design, this course intersects creativity, technology, problem-solving, and human behaviour. Students develop holistic skills across UX, visual design, ethical research practices, digital prototyping, and co-creation. Students produce human-centric and impactful digital experiences that businesses need in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
