This project explored inclusive workplace communication through a concept
video created for ASDA. The video aimed to raise awareness of the personal
circumstances colleagues may experience outside of work and how these can
affect their wellbeing and presentation in the workplace. Focusing on empathy,
kindness, and consideration, the project encouraged a more supportive,
inclusive, and welcoming working environment for all employees.
